Summary of the contracting process

The UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) is planning a tender process for the "Support Program for the Consolidation of Stability in the DRC" under the services category. The FCDO is organising an Early Market Engagement Event to engage potential suppliers for the PACS stabilisation component, with the aim of testing intervention objectives and modalities with local and international partners. The event is scheduled for Tuesday 14th November 23, both online and with limited in-person attendance, allowing participants to indicate their preferred method of attendance.

This tender presents an opportunity for businesses specialised in foreign economic-aid-related services and development consultancy to engage with the FCDO on a significant programme in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Businesses interested in contributing to conflict resilience, local governance improvement, and sustainable development in the DRC should consider participating in this early engagement activity. The FCDO is seeking to establish resilient community structures and provide socio-economic reintegration opportunities, particularly for at-risk populations, as part of its stabilisation programme.
