Provision of Hard FM for IoW Sites
Notice Description
Solent NHS Trust is using the Crown Commercial Service RM6264 Facilities Management and Workplace Services DPS as the route to market.<br/><br/>' If you wish to register as a supplier on the Facilities Management and Workplace Services DPS agreement, please go to the DPS Marketplace and click 'bid pack' to download the relevant documents. There is a document entitled 'READ FIRST RM6264 - DPS Needs' which offers an overview of the agreement and the application process. Once you have reviewed the bid pack / terms and conditions and are happy to proceed, click the 'access as a supplier' link to complete your application'.

Lot 1
Developments within the Trust has created a need for a Contractor to provide the IoW Hard FM services provision. There are circa 7 freehold properties that are currently managed by the IoW Estates team. These properties vary in size and uses and are part of the IoW Trust portfolio.
Our Hard FM requirements are as follows:
* Helpdesk function
* Reactive maintenance
* Statutory and compliance maintenance
* Planned preventative maintenance.
* Authorised person and competent person reporting (
* Fully managed buildings 6 of which are health and the 7 is a mental health care facility, which is a secure building.
* Managed hard FM service - asset list and full specification will be provided as part of the tender pack. We will be working to SFG20 standards. Additional information: Solent NHS Trust is using the Crown Commercial Service RM6264 Facilities Management and Workplace Services DPS as the route to market.
