Translink are intending to establish one/several framework(s) aimed at delivering cost effective and agile means to replace low floor, wheelchair accessible, zero emission (Battery Electric or Fuel Cell), single and double deck buses used for bus urban and rural operations throughout Northern Ireland. The number and duration of the framework(s) has not been confirmed but it is anticipated it/they will be Single Supplier Framework(s). Once established the framework(s) does not guarantee any orders from Translink as any potential order is subject to funding. To that end Translink wishes to invite suitably interested Economic Operators to present in Belfast in Quarter 1 2024 their current and future capability and capacity in these areas.
