Tenders are sought by Ards and North Down Borough Council for the Provision of a Keyholding Response Service within Ards and North Down Borough Council area (Lot 1) and 2 Opening and locking of various council areas - a park, cemeteries and play parks (Lot 2).

Lot 1 - A Keyholding Response Service within Ards and North Down Borough Council area.
Tenders are sought by Ards and North Down Borough Council for the Provision of a Keyholding Response Service within Ards and North Down Borough Council area (Lot 1) and 2 Opening and locking of various council areas - a park, cemeteries and play parks (Lot 2). Additional information: The contract value for Lot 1 includes all extension options if taken up, and is based on the estimated annual cost.
Options: The initial contract period is 12 months, commencing on 1 April 2024, with 3 further optional extension periods of 12 months each.
Renewal: It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1 April 2024 for an initial period of 1 year with the option to extend the contract for a further 3 x 12 month periods.
