Procurement Information
The University of Leeds as Contracting Entity identified the need for a specialist legal services contracts / matter management system to improve the functioning of its research contracts support service. A multi-stage, competitive tender process between potential vendors of such a product was then undertaken. The Contracting Entity's initial budget for this project was c.PS50,000 per year for an initial three-year term and a total budget of c.PS150,000. The Contracting Entity subsequently determined that this specialist product required specialist implementation support services, which brings the total value of the procurement to c.PS225,000 inclusive of VAT or equivalent taxes.
