The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a maximum of three Contractors to a Framework Agreement for the provision of a City wide Car Club. This will be made available for use by members of the public and Council staff members. The Car Club is expected to follow a round trip model utilising on-street parking bays made available by the Council. However, the Council is also exploring geo-fencing options.
