Brentwood Borough Council and Rochford District Council intend to issue a Contract Notice in March 2024 for the procurement of a new joint contract for the management of the Councils' Leisure and Cultural Services from 1st April 2025.

Lot 1

The Councils intend to procure a joint management contract for the operation of The Brentwood Centre and Hartswood Pavilion, King George V Playing fields in Brentwood and Clements Hall Leisure Centre and Rayleigh Leisure Centre in Rochford District, from 1 April 2025. A Market Interest Day is scheduled for mid-March 2024 which will provide an opportunity for interested parties to visit the facilities in scope, to understand more about the Councils' requirements for the future delivery of the services and to receive further information on the tender process. Details of timings for the Market Interest Day will be provided in the Contract Notice which is scheduled to be issued in early March.
