The contractor shall be required to carrying out asbestos inspection services in accordance with Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 within mhs homes, Heart of Medway and managed properties. This will also include site visits, 24/7 call-outs, specification design, management plans and risk assessments.

Lot 2 - AuditLot 2 - Audit will cover all aspects of Audit including Desktop audits, quality assurance and compliance consultancy services
Lot 3 - Water Hygiene Risk AssessmentsLot 3 - Water Hygiene Risk Assessments will cover all elements of Water Hygiene Risk Assessments including Periodic servicing and inspections, monitoring, risk assessments and/or review, temperature tests and disinfections, routine maintenance
Lot 4 - Asbestos Inspections and TestingLot 4 - Asbestos Inspections and Testing will cover all elements of Asbestos Inspections including Inspections, surveys, testing, analysis, training, and consultancy
Fire ConsultancyLot 5 - Fire Consultancy will cover all elements of Fire Consultancy including Compartmentation surveys, fire risk assessments, fire door inspections and asset tagging
Heating ConsultancyLot 6 - Heating Consultancy will cover all elements of Heating Consultancy including Service management, safety certificate validation which includes servicing, inspection and installation certificates. Post service site audits, fumes investigations, condition surveys, energy performance certificates and training
