Notice Description
Hertfordshire County Council (the 'Council') is carrying out Expressions of Interest for the Extra Care Housing Development Opportunity at Sir James Altham site, South Oxhey.The Council will consider the feedback received to help inform the Council's options and further decision making. For the avoidance of doubt, this stage of the project is not part of a formal process and the Council is not committing, at this stage, to carrying out such a process. Participation or non-participation in the Expression of Interest shall not prevent any provider participating in a potential future agreement, nor is it intended that any information supplied as part of the Expression of Interest shall place any provider at an advantage in any potential future process. Participation in the Expressions of Interest will be at each organisation's own cost. No expense in responding to this will be reimbursed by the Council.

Lot 1
Hertfordshire County Council (hereinafter referred to as the Council) have an area of land in South Oxhey that they would like developed into Extra Care Housing. The Council are seeking feedback from housing providers/developers on the suitability of the proposed opportunity and would welcome the opportunity to discuss further.The purpose of this Expression of Interest is to ensure the Council put together an attractive opportunity for the market. The Council are interested in your feedback on the content provided at this stage. If your organisation is interested in working with the council, please complete the return form and upload to In-Tend by 12:00 noon on Thursday 8th February 2024. In this document the Council ask for details of your organisation and the email addresses of those that are willing to take part in a feedback meeting via Teams. The Council will then be in contact to arrange a suitable date. Further details can be found in the Expressions of Interest document.
