Notice Description
The delivery of a responsive repairs, voids refurbishment work and planned refurbishment workstreams contract. With A Hybrid Schedule of Rates and PPP (electrical and plumbing) model for repairs and a schedule of rates model for voids, basket rates and NHF Version 8.0 for planned works (mainly kitchens and bathrooms and aids and adaptations). The contract will be delivered by a single provider across all stock. The contract term is likely to be 10 years plus 5. The contract will commence in April 2025. The anticipated annual value of the Contract is circa 3500000 to 4000000 GBP, but this is based on the current Contract value and does not include inflation over the term of the Contract or for any increase at tender stage. The 60000000 overall term is based on the maximum 15 years (subject to the above).
