Notice Description
Places for People has sought to appoint a contract for Non-Domestic Gas Servicing & Responsive Maintenance for a three (3) year initial term, with an option to extend for a further two 12 month periods (3+1+1).
Lot Information
Edinburgh & South Scotland
The Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment.
North EastThe Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment.
Yorkshire & HumbersideThe Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment.
North WestThe Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment.
North MidlandsThe Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment.
South Midlands & East AngliaThe Contractor shall provide 24/7, 365 day per year availability to undertake the diagnosing of defects, statutory safety inspection and servicing bi-annually, responsive servicing, maintenance, repairs, provision of appliance details, maintenance records and testing of Places for People gas space heating, hot water and associated equipment.
