Further Competition Under Insurance Placement DPS 1198 for Bournville Village Trust and their appointed Insurance Broker - Marsh Limited
Options: The DPS will cover the period from 1st of May 2024 to 30th of April 2029 with an option to further extend for an additional 5 years. The decision to extend the DPS Establishment Agreement period will be taken by the end of January 2029 and will be dependent on satisfactory completion of all aspects of the DPS Establishment Agreement to date, the current market conditions for this category and YPO's contracting structures. The maximum contract period will therefore be 10 years, from 1st of May 2024 to 30th of April 2034 (subject to an annual review, and KPI performance).
Renewal: There is a possibility that this DPS may be subject to re-establishment 4.5 years from its commencement.

Following the initial establishment, the DPS will remain open for any Suppliers to submit a bid at any point until the closing date of the DPS. YPO will incorporate a standstill period at the point of notification of the acceptance to the DPS for the first round of the establishment. The standstill period will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, and provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the DPS is made available for use by YPO and its collaborative partners customers. The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).",
