Notice Description

The Guinness Partnership Limited is seeking to establish a framework of suppliers to deliver Grounds Maintenance Services and Tree Works across our estates for a period of four years. The grounds maintenance service will be on a scheduled service and the core elements include: i Management of grassed areas including mowing and strimming. ii Maintenance of shrub beds including pruning. iii Hedge-cutting. iv Weed control. v Leaf collection and removal. vi Maintenance of ditch-side vegetation, culverts. vii Additional service for bin emptying and extra attendance for litter-picking on specified schemes. viii Maintenance of hard standings. ix Site cleansing on selected sites (optional extra requirement on a schedule of rates) Tree works will include an element of scheduled works to maintain the condition and reliability of a tree, reactive tree work identified through hazard assessments and some emergency tree works.
