Additional licences will be supplied at the submitted rate and apply the relevant discount as appropriate to the annual renewal. * Licence audits to be carried out ahead of renewal quotations to ensure NIE Networks are appropriately licenced * Provision of a 3rd line support service that will cover all aspects of the Maximo estate including bespoke customisations, integrations and configuration of our two Maximo installations - 'Maximo Plant' and 'Maximo Overhead Lines (OHL)' and the associated Syclo Agentry mobile solution until it is retired. * Ensuring that they, the successful Economic Operator, have activities in place to remain abreast of changes to the Maximo ecosystem to provide optimum support to NIE Networks * Ensuring that they, the successful Economic Operator, have communication channels and working relationships with the existing and future partners in the Maximo ecosystem",
