ICT-24-001 Email Protection Solution covering all EA locations throughout Northern Ireland.

Lot Information

Lot 1

EA currently hosts approximately 5800 user mailboxes that send/receive up to one million external emails per month. This includes emails to parents, schools, suppliers and other public sector and private sector organisations. As such, email is an essential tool for communications both internally and externally. It is critical that mail flow is secure, protected and logged, allowing Business services to function effectively and efficiently.

Options: The initial Contract Period will end on 11 February 2026, following which there is the option for 3 further extensions of up to 12 months. Each extension is entirely at the Contracting Authorities discretion.
