Notice Description

Gateway Housing Association wish to appoint a competent and experienced service provider to undertake tree maintenance and associated works at properties owned and/or managed by Gateway Housing Association.It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of three years, extendable for a further term of up to two years via annual extensions. The estimated contract value per annum is PS45,000 (exc VAT).Gateway Housing Association comply with the requirements of London Living Wage as defined by the Living Wage Foundation and updated annually by the Mayor of London, therefore prices submitted at tender stage and throughout the contract term should be in line with these requirements as a minimum.
