CA295 Technical Resource Augmentation Framework
Notice Description
The Contracting Entity intends to establish a Framework Arrangement under which it shall appoint Economic Operators to enter into separate Framework Agreements for the provision of Technical Resource Augmentation across a number of separate lots. Each Framework Agreement will be for a period of three (3) years with an option, exercisable entirely at the discretion of the Contracting Entity and subject to the terms of the Framework Agreement to extend by a further two (2) optional period of up to four (4) years, with a total potential duration of seven (7) years.
Lot Information
Lot 1 - Business Applications Support & Development Resources
NIE Networks has established a panel of 8 organisations and appointed each on to framework agreements for this Lot 1, in accordance with the ITT documentation. It was envisaged to acquire experienced data specialists who can provide support and development services across the current data landscape and possible new data technology areas which may be implemented during the period of the framework agreement. The framework for this lot has been awarded for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend (entirely at the discretion of NIE Networks) for up to a further 2 periods of up to 2 years each. That is a possible 7 years in total (3 years, with optional 2 x 2-year extensions).
Options: Optional extension period of further 2 periods of up to 2 years each.
Lot 2 - ArcGIS Support & Development ResourcesNIE Networks has placed a panel of three organisations and appointed each on to framework agreements for this Lot 2, in accordance with the ITT documentation. The engagement of organisations who can deliver experienced technical resources who can undertake support and development across the NIE Networks' ArcGIS landscape, in response to an NIE Networks specification of requirements The framework for this lot is awarded for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend (entirely at the discretion of NIE Networks) for up to a further 2 periods of up to 2 years each. That is a possible 7 years in total (3 years, with optional 2 x 2-year extensions).
Options: Optional extension period of a further 2 periods of up to 2 years each.
Lot 3 - Maximo Support & Development ServicesNIE Networks has placed a panel of five organisations and appointed each on to framework agreements for this Lot 3, in accordance with the ITT documentation. The engagement of organisations who can deliver experienced technical resources who can undertake support and development across the NIE Networks' Maximo landscape, in response to an NIE Networks specification of requirements. The framework for this lot is awarded for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend (entirely at the discretion of NIE Networks) for up to a further 2 periods of up to 2 years each. That is a possible 7 years in total (3 years, with optional 2 x 2-year extensions).
