The successful concessionaire is expected to provide a retail catering offer throughout the year to support the students, staff and visitors to the University. The following are the minimum required hours of operation:- Term Time September to December and January to May- Monday- Thursday 7.30am - 5pm, Friday 7.30am - 3pm - Outside of term time: June, July and August- Monday- Thursday 7.30am - 4.00pm, Friday 7.30am - 3.00pm",
