Please be further advised that this procurement was discontinued- as the tender responses were either failed on financial thresholds or failed to meet the Councils requirement for 'Best Value'- the contract was not awarded.

Hertfordshire County Council went out to procurement for an emergency residential placement service contract. This is an Award Notice and this opportunity has now closed. Please be further advised that this procurement was abandoned and not awarded.
Options: The Contract will be awarded for an initial period of Two (2) yearsfrom the agreed Service Commencement Date which is the date of the first Individual Placement Agreement (I P A) with the option to extend subject to review for a further period or periods of up to a total of a further three (3) years. Therefore, the maximum duration of this Contract could be five (5) years.
