Using the Crown Commercial Services framework Data Intelligence and Analytics - RM6259 lot 5 Blue Light Solutions which will enable the Force to seek further clarification of understanding against our specific requirements set out within this document.

Further competition ran under the Crown Commercial Services Framework RM6259 lot 5 Blue Light Solutions Contract awarded to supplier who will provide us with dedicated resource that will be embedded in our own team, and work to our Data Exploitation Lead to do the following. Initially this will be one dedicated consultant but as the project expands and more work comes in, it is envisaged that more consultants may be required. This flexibility along with the seamless handover to another consultant with similar experience and qualifications in the event of absence or redeployment. To clarify what is required is a single developer as oppose to a package of consultancy We're just making clear that we need a single developer rather than a 'package' of consultancy resources including manager-days and requirements gatherings etc which has been used in the past.
