Denbighshire County Council will shortly be going out the tender for the provision of a framework agreement to appoint a number of contractors to undertake refurbishment work to empty domestic properties owned by the council (known as voids). The framework will be in place for 4 years. The expected framework value over four years is 16,000.000 GBP. For potential contractors who would like further details on the Framework Agreement and the tendering process, the Housing Maintenance team will be holding an online 'Meet the Buyer' event via Microsoft Teams on the 16th April at 13:30. If you would like to take part in the Meet the Buyer Event please contact Mark Cassidy - mark.cassidy@denbighshire.gov.uk with your details, to register. You will then receive a link by email to the Teams Meet the Buyer event
