Notice Description
The British Council is seeking to implement a solution to enable accurate off-payroll workforce record keeping and embedding of controls to source, onboard, manage and offboard workers effectively. Easily accessible and useable MI, workforce intelligence, and automation of significant parts of the processes is required to bring strategic and operational efficiencies into play. The current global annual off-payroll workforce volumes are in the region of 25 to 30,000 workers, with a high proportion being engaged seasonally.
