The winning bid will outline a clear strategy for assembling a multidisciplinary team that includes Architect/Lead Designer, landscape design, principal designer, mechanical, electrical engineering, sustainability, quantity surveyor, construction/ project management, and technical consultants. This team must be prepared for effective engagement throughout all RIBA Plan of Work stages (0-7) to ensure seamless project delivery. This project encompasses the comprehensive design, construction/renovation, and delivery of a supported accommodation facility that prioritises the well-being and independence of its residents. The design phase must address the specific needs of individuals requiring support, ensuring accessibility, safety, and functionality while fostering a sense of community and belonging. The construction stage should employ high-quality, sustainable materials and adhere to best practices for durability and longevity.
