Stage One Works Early Works (as outlined in Part 1 of Schedule 3): - Pre-commencement planning discharge documents - Mobilisation & welfare - Landside works - Pontoon, linkspan & bank seat installation - Jetty extension - Existing terminal removal - Detailed design - Stage 2 target cost and programme Stage Two Balance of the Works: - Scope to be agreed upon by the client and contractor at the end of Stage One, prior to entering Stage Two Financial Cap: - The works in Stage One are capped at a budget of PS1,600,000.",
