London Gateway Port Ltd is looking to appoint a contractor for its FM planned preventative and reactive maintenance contract

Lot 1
The purpose of this contract will be to provide planned preventative and reactive maintenance to the below buildings. The contract will provide sufficient on-site labour on a day-to-day basis to ensure the regular maintenance and upkeep of the ports facilities and equipment to prevent breakdowns and their optimal functionality as well as providing in & out of hours reactive support. Some of the key areas will be HVAC, Life Safety Systems, Electrical equipment, Mechanical/Plant equipment & L8 maintenance
Options: At the end of the initial term, there is a possibility of renewal for another 2 years
Renewal: At the end of the initial term, there is a possibility of renewal for another 2 years
