Tenders are sought by Ards and North Down Borough Council for the Provision of signage and fixings at various site locations throughout the Borough. Additional information: The contract value for lot 1 is based on estimated annual cost.

Options: The contract commenced on 22 November 2024, for an initial period of 1 year, until 21 November 2025. There are a further 3 x 12-month optional extension periods, reviewed annually subject to satisfactory performance and by written agreement of both parties.

Renewal: It is anticipated the contract will commence on 15 October 2024 for an initial period of 1 year, with the option to extended the contract for a further 3x 12 month periods.
