Notice Description
This is a 4-year agreement for Hull City Council's (the Authority) appointment of ICL UK Sales Limited and Compass Minerals UK Ltd through the East Riding of Yorkshire Council (ERYC) Framework 993-24 contract, for procurement of rock salt. This framework is for the supply of Rock Salt to East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Hull City Council and North Lincolnshire Council. The contract is from 1st October 2024 until 30 September 2028. The Authority has estimated the value of rock salt, through the ERYC framework contract, to be PS137,000 per annum.
Lot Information
Supply of 6mm Bulk Rock Salt

Options: This is a 4-year call-off agreement for Hull City Council's (the Authority) through the ERYC) Framework 993-24 contract where ICL UK (Sales) Ltd, ranked in 1st place for Lots 1, 2, and 5 and Compass Minerals UK Ltd, ranked in 2nd place for Lots 1, 2, and 5 . The estimated the value of contract is PS137,000 per annum. ICL is the authority's main supplier of rock salt, with Compass Minerals being the secondary supplier of rock salt, when capacity and timescales cannot be met by the first ranking supplier (ICL).
