HES is seeking to extend our current contract for wet weather clothing for an additional 24 months. This to allow a full internal review of the clothing requirement given the various job roles.

Procurement Information

Modification of a contract under Regulation 72 (1) (e) (not substantial) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. The original contract for the supply of wet weather clothing runs until July 2024 and all extension have been used. The proposed extension does not render the contract materially different in character from the one initially procured. There will be no change to the scope of the goods, only another extension period to cover the internal review. After the review has been concluded this requirement will be re-tendered.
