The University intends to purchase a LagoX Spectral Imaging machine due to the following reasons: The LagoX has a combination of unique features not found in other in vivo imaging platforms that offers uniquely comprehensive imaging ability. This includes: * X-ray * Bioluminescence * Fluorescence * 10 mouse capacity * Patented LED technology * Air cooled camera * Increased sensitivity (MDR 36% above any other system) * Future field upgradable 3D bioluminescence technology * Full compatibility with other imaging methods (CT, PET, SPECT and MRI included)
