Lot 1 - Belfast - North Belfast/West Belfast/South and East Belfast
The NIHE require competent Contractors to carry out a roof replacement programme across the province which will be split into a total of 9 Lots. Additional information: the NIHE intends to review the strategy for delivering these requirements which may result in a further procurement exercise in due course.
Options: This contract will run for a period of 24 Months followed by an option to extend for such periods of up to 12 Months.
