Notice Description
Velindre University NHS Trust invites applications for the sponsorship of Stoma Care Services, for the provision of services within primary and secondary care settings across Wales. This shall include the supply of consumables, education & training, IT equipment & support, mobile telephones, transport arrangements and funding for research activity

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board
The service provides a specialist nursing team providing high quality care for all patients that have stoma surgery. This is both in the primary care and secondary care settings. The Health Board is seeking a service partner who would support the provision of the Stoma Care Service
Renewal: There is an option to extend the agreement for a further 24 months
