Accommodation For Supported Living
Notice Description
The purpose of this notice is to assess the housing provider market interest in working with Flintshire County Council to provide four, four bedroomed houses in the Mold/Buckley and immediate surrounding areas. It is envisaged people will be looking to move in to these properties by July 2025.
Lot Information
Lot 1
The four bedroom properties will provide housing for approximately twelve to sixteen people. Those people living in these properties will be considered to be vulnerable and will have a diagnosis of a learning disability and require varying levels of support. The support packages will be tendered separately. The successful provider will deliver tailored care and support to meet each individuals need. Any housing organisations who wish to express an interest in contracting to provide such properties should: -submit a written expression of interest via email to Contract.&.Commissioning.Team@flintshire.gov.uk . Details regarding the EOI are detailed below. The Council will then keep organisations informed, engage them in dialogue and issue a formal invitation to tender in due course Expressions of interest Written expressions of interest of no more than 1000 words should be submitted by no later than 12 noon on Friday 21st June. Submissions should include: - details of your organisation; - evidence of your organisation's capability to provide services to people in Flintshire. Housing organisations may draw on experiences of providing similar services to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of similar projects. Acknowledgment of receipt of all submissions will be undertaken by email only. All submissions are kept confidential and are not shared with any third party without express permission. The Council welcome collaborative proposals and approaches from social enterprises and views this PIN as the beginning of a dialogue with organisations, with the view to include service users also throughout the process.
