Notice Description
MSV invited tenders for the supply of construction materials including but not limited to general building materials, electrical materials and plumbing materials MSV were looking to engage with a single materials supplier for the provision of a wide range of building materials from an existing supplier branch (or branches) to support MSV's internal maintenance team, Property Care and other parts of the group as required. The outcome of the tender process is a single contract with one supplier. The contract will be for an initial 3 years with 1 option to extend by a further 24 months, up to a maximum 5 years total contract term (3+2), subject to MSV requirements and the performance of the successful supplier. The anticipated commencement date is estimated to be late November 2024.

Cirrus Purchasing Ltd has been instructed by MSV to aid with the tender process. MSV will engage with a single materials supplier for the provision of a wide range of building materials from an existing supplier branch (or branches) to support MSV's internal maintenance team, Property Care and other parts of the group as required. The supplier will support materials requirements predominantly for responsive repairs and maintenance services, electrical services, gas repairs and installations although other materials may be required.
Options: The outcome of the tender is a single contract with one supplier. The contract will be for an initial 3 years with 1 option to extend by a further 24 months, up to a maximum 5 years total contract term (3+2), subject to MSV requirements and the performance of the successful supplier.
