Notice Description
Havebury has over 7,500 properties and has the responsibility to undertake maintenance and servicing of commercial lifts within its properties across its operational area of a 50-mile radius of Bury St Edmunds. Havebury intends to commission a contract with a professional company with the ability to carry out servicing, emergency callouts, and repairs to lifts located at various sites as highlighted in the lift schedule. Servicing and repair of lifts to be carried out in residential buildings, communal areas and office building.
