The objective of this Procurement is to establish the key Framework Contracts with Delivery Partners that will support Portsmouth Water's Non-Infrastructure (above ground) investment needs for AMP8 and potentially AMP9.

Portsmouth Water undertook this procurement in accordance with the negotiated procedure with prior call for competition pursuant to UCR 2016, Reg. 47. The aim was to establish a framework contract with two suppliers, able to provide PWL with the required Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation and other construction/engineering services to support work on above ground assets.
