Summary of the contracting process

The Wrexham County Borough Council has initiated a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for obtaining quotes for various playground equipment requirements under the value of 25,000 GBP per project. The DPS operates as a two-stage process where qualifying suppliers join the system and individual contracts are awarded during the second stage. The DPS extension has set a new deadline of 31st July 2025 for suppliers to participate in the procurement process.

This tender by the Wrexham County Borough Council presents opportunities for businesses in the service industry, particularly those involved in repair and maintenance of playground equipment. Companies interested in supplying playground equipment and services below the value of 25,000 GBP per project would be well-suited to compete in this dynamic and electronically administered procurement process.
