Notice Description
Southside Housing Association (and listed partners), have developed this "New Build & CTIW Framework" which will will be offered in (4) Lots and Project, tenders are invited for the following: Lot 1 - Projects of up to 15 Units on single or multiple sites Lot 2 - Projects of between 16 and 35 Units on single or multiple sites Lot 3 - Projects of 36 Units or more on single or multiple sites Lot 4 - Comprehensive Tenement Improvement Works (CTIW)
Lot Information
Lot 1 - Projects of up to 15 Units on single or multiple sites
The works/goods/services to be delivered include the development of new build housing projects, including, housing, bungalows, flats, apartments, sheltered accommodation, care homes, student accommodation, and commercial and associated works including land purchases. The HA's anticipates a wide range of projects being delivered under the framework, from single smaller sites to complex multi site projects, and this is reflected in the lot structure.
Options: The framework will be for an initial period of 24 months with the option to extend for 2 x single years to a maximum period of 48 months
