Description of the Procurement: The required software includes: * A car fleet management software that oversees the operation and maintenance of a group of vehicles owned by CERN, optimizing efficiency, tracking maintenance schedules, and monitoring vehicle usage and performance; * A car sharing software that facilitates the rental of vehicles for short periods, enabling users to access vehicles on-demand and pay (or not) for usage based on time or distance through a customer application. The Supply shall include the following technical deliverables and activities: * Software licences for approximately 600 vehicles and 1 700 users; * Configuration, installation, test and launch of the car fleet management and car sharing software; * A technical back-office service for daily business (technical issues, statistics); * Software maintenance, updates and upgrades; * Training of the CERN personnel; * If needed for installation at CERN, equipment embedded in the vehicles to host the software; * For the car sharing software, a customer care service (complaints, improvement requests).
