Provision of software to replace a Heritage Collections Management System (CMS) for Parliament. The new Heritage Collections System will support the management of the current and future Heritage Collections across the Parliamentary estate and within off-site storage. The requirement is for a new comprehensive, fit-for-purpose and agile CMS software solution and meets the requirements of Parliament's Heritage Collections team (HC) and the national heritage standards (minimum SPECTRUM 4) by which it abides.

The new Heritage Collections System will support the management of the current and future Heritage Collections across the Parliamentary estate and within off-site storage. The requirement is for a new comprehensive, fit-for-purpose and agile CMS software solution and meets the requirements of Parliament's Heritage Collections team (HC) and the national heritage standards (minimum SPECTRUM 4) by which it abides.

Renewal: This contract will be for the initial term of 4 years, with the option for the Authority to extend in one-year increments up to a further four years. (4 + 1 + 1 +1 + 1 years).
