Historic Environment Scotland is looking for a supplier to upgrade the Fire Alarm Equipment in all areas throughout the estate in order to comply with the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) Unwanted Fire Alarm Signals (UFAS).

Renewal: Once the initial 2 years are up, there is an option to extend the contract for a further 2 years to be reviewed annually.

Orkney & Shetland

Please see Document 2 Specification for full description of the requirement

Renewal: After the initial 2 years, there will be an option to extend the contract for another 2 years, to be reviewed annually.

Central Region

Please see Document 2 Specification for full description of requirement

Renewal: After the initial 2 years there will be an option to extend the contract by a further 2 years which will be reviewed annually.

South Region

Please see Document 2 Specification for full description of the requirements
