Policies and processes that enable users to work securely, efficiently and effectively in the Research Environment. Staff appropriately skilled to implement, maintain and support the required research environment, especially its security requirements. Documentation, training and co-working structures necessary to ensure staff within Genomics England have the skills and knowledge required to maintain the environment. User experience providing the usability and accessibility for users to achieve their goals successfully and painlessly.
