Contract Award for Peer Support Workers and Parent Carer Peer Support Workers in MH and in Autism. 1. All Questions must achieve a minimum mark of 2, where 0 is Unacceptable and 4 is Excellent.
2. NHS England shall reject any Tender which does not meet or exceed the minimum mark required for every question with a minimum mark.
3. Each Tenderer must achieve a minimum weighted score against the questions set out in the Technical & Commercial Envelope and the requirements of 60% on Technical and a Pass on Commercial.
4. NHS England shall reject any Tender which does not meet or exceed that minimum percentage/ requirement.
5. Please indicate your maximum capacity per lot, NHSE reserve the right to award to bidders' maximum capacity as per details outlines in Document 1 Invitation to Tender (ITT)

8. Example scenario - If you bid for 4 lots and your overall capacity (across Lots 1-9 including sub lots) is 100
you allocate 25 per lot or sub lot.
you are awarded 3 out of the 4 lots.
you CANNOT distribute your remaining 25 across your 3 awarded lots, NHSE reserve the rights to distribute if allocation is not fulfilled as outlined in Document 1 ITT.
