A Maintenance Services Contract for the provision of Premises Maintenance Services (Planned Preventative, Reactive maintenance, and Additional Works) This includes, but is not limited to: Mechanical and Electrical, Fabric and Fire Maintenance and Repair for different business areas of TfL.

Lot 1
A competitive procurement for the award of a single Maintenance Services contract for the provision of M&E, Fabric and Fire Systems Maintenance and Repair Services across four different TfL business units. The proposed contract will be for a period of 5 years with an option to extend for up to a maximum of 2 years. Interested parties registered on Transport for London's SAP Ariba system and requested access to the procurement event. Interested parties were issued the Specification, Performance requirements, and Contract and submitted a Supplier Qualification. Those who were successful in getting through to the next stage were invited to ITT stage.
Options: Initial 5 year contract with the possibility of a 2 year extension
Renewal: As per the contract terms. Up to a Maximum of 24 months.
