External service provision is required for an online mental health and wellbeing support service with counselling support desirable. This is for our children, young people and young adults (age 5-26) living in Edinburgh.

Lot 1

A provision of a third-party service via a digital resource is needed for Children, Young People, Young Adults and Parents/Carers/Families,that includes online support options, messaging/chat, safe space, and text-based communication. This service would supplement existing non digital support services available across the city. The Council estimate we will require support for children and young people aged between 5 to 26 years old, with the main focus being the 12-18 years age range. The provision of a digital resource as an online support platform should be:- * Inclusive and accessible for all. * Facilitate and support Children/Young People/Young Adults. * Ensure a safe environment for the users. Additional information: Supplier are invited to complete an online survey questionnaire at https://forms.office.com/e/XxfCGxe97e (no registration is required)
