Notice Description
ML is seeking to appoint a competent, capable, skilled, experienced, and qualified service provider. The Service Provider will ensure that all works will be completed in line the most current standards and regulations which will ensure ML's customers and the organisation are kept safe and free of risk. The Service Provider will work with ML in developing a range of inspection, test, certification templates and forms and will be used by the Service Provide which will feed directly into our compliance software. ML requires the Service Provider to provide a regime of planned, reactive and ad-hoc services which will include, but not be limited to the following: Fire Risk Assessments (FRA); Fire Door Inspection; Fire Safety Review/Audit; Fire Safety Support & Advice; Compartmentation Surveys; Building Safety audit, advice, and support & Consultancy Service

Renewal: The initial period of the contract is 2 years commencing on the 01/04/2025 and terminating on 31/03/2027 and may be extended at Magenta Living's discretion for a further 36 months in 3 x 12 month increments: 1st Extension - 1st April 2027 to 31st March 2028 2nd Extension - 1st April 2028 to 31st March 2029 3rd Extension - 1st April 2029 to 31st March 2030
