This tender presents significant business growth opportunities, especially for software vendors specialising in customer relationship management systems. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with capabilities in delivering scalable and secure CRM solutions will find this tender particularly aligned with their offerings. The large-scale implementation across various hospital units also indicates a substantial contract value, making it a lucrative project for businesses in the healthcare technology sector.
