Routine service & repair of BK Ultrasound equipment and located within the Belfast Health & Social Care Trust. Routine service & repair to be provided strictly in accordance with manufacturer's recommended maintenance and calibration procedures, using OEM parts, where necessary.

Procurement Information

We have received information from the OEM Uniphar ta Tekno Surgical, the manufacturer of the equipment covered by the contract, Belfast Health & Social Care Trust is confident that Uniphar ta Tekno Surgical is sole-provider for maintenance of the equipment covered by this contract. Consequently, BHSCT is confident that the use of Regulation 32 (use of the Negotiated Procedure without Prior Publication) is justified. Also, no response was received as regards the VEAT Notice which was published on 27/08/24.
