Lot 1
UKHSA require a specialist principal contractor to undertake works on the Porton Down site involving laboratory refurbishment and HVAC replacement(s). All works will be conducted under Non-Disclosure Agreements, in sensitive and hazardous areas, where company processes and procedures must coincide with UKHSA site policies. The project requires a turnkey solution for the design, build and commission of the refurbishment of laboratory X and the design, build and commission of new HVAC systems for laboratories Y and Z.
