This tender is for the south region only; Housing 21 reserves the right to offer work in additional geographical areas. Suppliers must ensure that they can provide an all-inclusive service for fire alarms across 205 courts and servicing contract for warden call services across 68. Suppliers need to ensure that they have capacity to meet Housing 21 needs as the advert value reflects the ambitious aspirational expansion programme to double in size in 5 years, considering this estimate the potential contract value including VAT is PS4.2mln.
