The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 20th September 2024. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. Written representation should be sent to Procurement@nelft.nhs.uk Director of Operations - London Assistant Director of Transformation Senior Programme Manager Conflicts of Interest: None identified The Key Criteria were assessed based on the original specification set by the strategic clinical team to show what the exact requirements are reviewing requirements within Quality and Innovation, Value, Reducing Health Inequalities and Better Access to Care and Social Value. This allowed a thorough review of the Trust requirements to show the contract can deliver and improve on all Key Criteria. The contracting authority utilised the management information and performance against the Key Performance Indicators to review the current performance of the contract against the deliverables of the new contract proposed. Partnered with the Contracting Authority reviewing the strategy of Peer Support Workers, references from performance and feedback across MDTs and forums were also used to support the narrative assessment undertaken to support the Contract Award Proposed.",
